Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept cash, personal check, cashiers check for large projects or Venmo for smaller projects.
Do You Charge By the Hour?
Due to most of our projects being estimated prior to beginning the work we try to stay within the budget allowed by each quote. Labor is included in all estimates. Rarely do we charge an hourly rate, though your project may be one of those rare moments. Feel free to ask when receiving your quote.
Do you clean gutters?
Yes. We can provide full service cleaning and repair services on most guttering systems. We can also offer the best leaf protection products to maximize your systems efficiency.

What types of Light Carpentry do you do?
We can do various carpentry jobs including cabinet installation, trim carpentry, wood rot repair, carpet and some flooring, ceramic tile, window and door replacement, deck repair, small roof repairs and many others.
We do not offer electrical service, HVAC service or plumbing repair. However if that is what you need we have a list of highly qualified contractors that we can refer to satisfy your needs.
Do you give Military Discounts?
We value our veterans and wish to honor their commitment and sacrifice. Our typical military discount is 10% off of your quoted price up to a maximum of $200.00 discount.
What warranties do you offer
Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that varies by product.
Our typical installation warranty is good for 2 years from the date of invoice. This will cover any issues that arise as a result of improper installation.
